Our crew is capable of working in all types of demanding situations when installing artwork for private residences, auction houses, corporate collections, galleries and museums. We can help you with every step of the process. We also handle complex lobby and storefront window designs as well as large-scale commercial and residential installations.
Packing & Crating
Our crew will handle and pack your artwork with care and use the highest grade industry standard materials. We can wrap wet paintings in shadowboxes, roll or fold paintings that are too large to fit through small spaces and even stretch new or previously stretched paintings. Fabricating custom boxes for local transport or even international shipping is another specialty of ours.
Our custom designed and fabricated crates are made of heat-treated wood that is ISPM 15 Compliant for international export. All our crates are treated with the same attention to detail as the packing of the artwork itself.
Transportation
Our drivers are savvy to the demanding driving environments of New York City. The crew will keep you updated on their estimated time of arrival and be sure to keep on schedule.
Long Distance and International Shipping
We are capable of moving artwork across long distances throughout the US and even Canada and Mexico, as well as shipping internationally. If we can’t do it personally we will partner with another trusted shipper to get it done and make things as simple as possible for you.
Comprehensive Inventory Management Services
For artists, estates and collectors who have amassed extensive inventory they struggle to keep track of, we offer comprehensive digitization services. This includes the handling and photography of the artwork, getting accurate measurements, creating a condition report, and cataloging the medium, provenance and any other pertinent information. We can also help you organize your inventory at your home or storage facility, by wrapping the artwork securely, create custom racks and boxes, and set up a categorized storage system.
Storage
We have the ability to store your collection in a safe, secure and climate-controlled environment. We offer both long-term and short-term storage, as well as inventory management for both our storage or off-site collections. This means we can come to you and help inventory, catalog, document and ensure that everything you have is accounted for and in order.
